Our
next gathering will be at Arlington UMC,
in Arlington, Georgia on August 7th Come
early to visit.
We will circle up to eat at 6:30.
- The board of directors met on
Saturday July 19th. I'd like to pass a bit of info on, if by some chance
you are not able to make the gathering on Thursday at Arlington United.
- The board is looking for a
volunteer for the finance committee who is able to take on treasurer
responsibilities. This is a two year obligation and the board meets 4
times a year. If you feel lead to fill this need, please contact Chuck
Knight, who is our new board president. Chuck's contact info is as

- If your reunion group has agape
for Kairos Outside #5 you can bring it to the gathering in Arlington.
Sharon Peak will be there to gratefully accept it. The requisite is
for 30 ladies. They have asked that you not include your reunion group
identification on it.
- There is a great need for a
music leader for walk # 148 Doshia Scarborough (Mert Radney's Sister) The
dates are October 9th - 12th. Please contact Marc Peak if your heart is
willing and you are able. Marc's contact info is as follows:

- Fall walk cleanup is scheduled
for 9/27 at 9:00 am
The Albany cluster is
responsible for the Tabernacle. Please come if you are able, and expect a
morning of
fellowship and service.
- The 4th day gathering is
scheduled for November 1st. Bring a dish to share for lunch. 11:00 am
You don't have to sponsor a
Pilgrim to come and enjoy this time together. BUT if you are a
sponsor, it is an important part of your sponsor duties to bring your
pilgrim to this gathering at 11:00 on Saturday November 1st.
