Send-Off will be held at Dooly Campground at the TABERNACLE

Registration begins at 6:00pm;

Sponsors will then take their Pilgrim to their "hotel" and help them to make their bed and get "set-up"

Report back to the TABERNACLE where the calling of names will begin promptly at 7:00pm.

Closing will begin at 4:30pm instead of 4:00pm.

Please submit all applications for prospective pilgrims as soon as possible.

Please do not bring small children, visitors, or prospective pilgrims to Send-Off, Candlelight, or Closing.

Table and food agape are needed for all walks.

Musicians are needed for Send-Off, Candlelight, and Closing. Did you know that all you have to do is show up with your instrument?

4th Day Reunion Gathering at Dooly Campground, beginning about 11AM. This is the Pilgrims first opportunity to return to Dooly and relive the joy of their Walks. Here are a few details:

Bring a lunch for at least two to spread & share. All members of Emmaus are invited.

If you are a musician, bring your instruments. We want lots of picking & singing.

We need pastors for communion.

We need all team members to come back.(Conference Room & Support)

We need sponsors to bring their Pilgrims. We will have info on Reunion Groups & Gatherings.

We ask that you please don't bring children as there is a potential liability problem.

Please help us make this one of the most successful Gatherings ever. We will continue these after each set of future walks. Please talk this up at all Gatherings and in your Reunion Groups.
